Continue.

use a Credit card

click select (See

arrow)
(ii) Choose your credit card type
Then select
Continue.

If Other Payment Type :
(i) Select payment type
(ii) Choose Cash, Check or other (PLEASE NOTE THESE
CHOICES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE PHILIPPINES)
After completing payment type click
Continue.

You will then be shown an order completion
form.
This will be auto emailed to you for your
confirmation.
