Q: How do I set up my account ?
A:
If you have never shopped on the Value Vision Web site, you will be prompted
to set up your customer registration to establish your new customer account.
This operation will only be required once. If you tick the box asking the
computer to remember your details, the software will auto-fill the boxes for
you in the future. If you use a different computer you will be prompted for
your last name and email address.

find an item ?

You may search for items using the search box located at the top right of
any page on our site. Type in a phrase such as "butterfly abs", "micromax",
"slim" or any other description, brand or item, then press the enter key or
click the GO button located beside the search box. Any items that match the
criteria you selected will appear on your screen. You can also enter any
item number in the search box and hit enter or click on the GO button to see
only that item.

After choosing an item click checkout, you can follow the normal process..
Additional items can then be added to your shopping cart, simply click on
the "checkout " button, choose an address to send your order to, select
available delivery options and enter your payment method or credit card

How do I
use a Gift Check?
A:
Before using a gift check, review the restrictions that were provided to
you. They include:
1. Effective dates of the Gift Check.
2. Value of the Gift Check.
3. Number of items to which the check can be applied
4. Any restricted items or category of restricted items
After adding the items you want to your shopping cart and choosing where and
how to ship your items, you will arrive at the billing page where a Gift
Check can be entered. Simply enter your Gift Check code and click the "apply
coupon " button. You will receive a confirmation message that the coupon was
applied, and the discount amount will be displayed in the order total area.
Once you see that the coupon has been applied correctly, simply click the
"process my order " button to complete your order.
Coupons cannot be used on special offers presented to you after you have
clicked on the "process my order " button and completed your order.
Restrictions may prevent use on certain orders. If your checks is not
applied to your order, a message will be displayed to the top of the screen.
Please note that any items added to the shopping cart after the coupon has
been applied will not be discounted.

cancel my online order ?
A:
You can cancel an order by calling our automated Customer Service number at
(632) 896 1644. You will need your order number. Alternatively, you can
email us, but it may take up to 6 hours for us to respond to your email.
Orders are cancelable until they are sent to our warehouses for shipment.
Most orders can be cancelled on the day they are placed, but some orders,
such as waitlist and mail-in payment orders, are cancelable for a longer
period of time.

Can I
exchange an item ?
A:
You can exchange an item for a variety of reasons, including:
• You would like to receive an exact duplicate item in a different color,
size, or style
• Your item arrived damaged, defective or was missing from the box
• Your item has not arrived within 16 days of the date it was shipped
To get an
exchange, please contact our Customer Service department at (632) 899 3518 &

within 30 days of receipt (or the expected receipt date) of the package.
Exchanges are made for in-stock items; if we do not have the item in stock,
we will refund you the amount of your original purchase.
Once the exchange process has been initiated, you should receive your
exchange item within 30 days; if you have not received the exchange by then,
please contact us.
In most cases, we ask that you return the original item within 15 days of
calling in an exchange. If we do not receive your return within 15 days, you
will automatically be billed for the exchange item. Please follow the return
directions in "How do I return an item?"

Some popular items may not be in stock when you are ready to place your
order. Whenever possible, we offer the convenience of Waitlist for these
items. Should the item(s) become available within the next 45 days, we will
ship it to you automatically. We will check every day for 45 days to see if
your item is back in stock. If it becomes available during that time, we
will ship it to you immediately. We will bill your credit card on the
shipping date, but never before. If your item remains unavailable for 45
days, we will send you an email stating that your order has been cancelled
and your credit card will NOT be charged.

AutoShip is a simple and convenient way to ensure that you never run out of
your favorite products. We deliver them automatically to your door - when
you want to receive them. When you select our AutoShip program, we will
automatically send and bill you for a new shipment on a regularly scheduled
basis or one you customize. Future orders will automatically be shipped
every 30, 60, 90 or 120 days as chosen or on your personal delivery
schedule. There may be a one-time set-up fee on your AutoShip items. All
other items have the listed shipping and handling charged per shipment. You
may also select the initial shipping date, if the suggested schedule isn't
convenient for you. After your order has been placed, if you need to make
any changes, or even skip a shipment, call (632) 896 1644. You may increase
or decrease the frequency of shipments or even skip a shipment altogether.
